Challenges we can help you overcome

We can quickly and effectively help Learning & Development professionals with:

  • a missing structure to transfer tacit knowledge between people
  • silos that exist between departments, geographies and levels
  • the difficulty people can face in building rapport in online environments
  • an unbiased training needs analysis
  • fear that learners can have about speaking up

02

How can we help you?

1. Generate an organic Training Needs Analysis

To form the basis for the algorithmic matches together, we will invite them to share their thoughts around what they know and what they want to learn.

2. Match people together based on what they know and what they want to learn

Personalise the interaction of each of your attendees at scale so that their participation. This session will be highly interactive, overcome silos and full of active learning.

3. Help people share what they know with our Peer Learning Prompter

Enable everybody to learn, consistently, from those who have experience in the area that they’re interested in.

4. Diffuse the tacit knowledge across the network

As the group shares what they’ve learned afterwards, everybody benefits from accessing the tacit knowledge that comes to the surface from the individual discussions.

5. Crowd source a directory of insights

This process generates a plethora of ideas which can be catalogued, distributed further and serve to inspire future events and interventions.

What results can you expect with Active Peers AI?

An Event Dashboard with an aggregate visualisation

A series of graphics highlighting your group's strengths, what they're interested in learning, the sentiment they identify with and each of these can be drilled down into according to gender or stage. Further, you will see the key themes that emerge from their conversations, the thought processes that underpin the learning and the effectiveness of each Active Peers AI feature.

A list of tailored matches

Each person will be matched with two other people so that they get a chance to both teach and learn from another. The matches are made algorithmically so that personalisation and scale can happen at the same time.

A consistent process to accelerate rapport

Our Peer Learning Prompter creates a level playing field for everybody. Some people are more knowledgeable than others. Some are more confident, more extroverted or better communicators. This tool gives everybody the tools to break down their knowledge into clear, actionable ideas that we have tried and tested with countless matches.
