Welcome to the Zurich TY Programme

The Zurich TY programme takes place over three days in December. Participants will learn all about the insurance business, the skills that a company like Zurich looks for in its current and future employees as well as things that really matter to the company including sustainability, learning and development and being there for customers at a time they need them most.

This is a highly interactive, facilitated programme that runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. throughout the three days. You will meet lots of new people, gain several new skills and learn more about yourself during this experience. Check out the programme calendar to delve into the programme.
