Using either the Active Peers AI survey data or external data, you can set up the parameters for how you want to run the matching. It is a very simple one-click process and you can tailor it according to:

• whether the meetings are taking place in-person or online
• how many people are to be in each match
  (two in a pair and multiple in a group)
• any constraints you want to factor in i.e. ensure people are matched with those that are working in a different location or keep people together based on their department

The matching process takes seconds independent of the number of the attendees.

You can see match score shows how effective the matches are and quickly points out if you have duplicate matches so that you can drag and drop any pair or group outputs.
