  • Free Form: A short survey template solely to collect basic data from your participants for the AI Matching tool.

Question 4 is mandatory to be created by the facilitator.

Q4 is to collect what participants are already familiar with. If you create Q4, Q5 will be automatically copied to contract ask what the participants would like to learn more from this event. The parameters of Q4 & Q5 are the main that's used to find perfect matching partners/groups. You can add any parameters up to seven.
