Enabling a scaleable mentoring promgramme to be structued, consistent and output focused.

01 Let's set the scene

We worked with a university group whereby they matched groups of students to industrial leaders. The students had a challenge to research and propose a solution. During this period, they had mentoring with both academic and industry mentors. The objective was to help students accelerate their progress, lever the mentors experience and help them overcome challenges along the way

Feature 1: Peer Learning Prompter

We developed a range of Custom Peer Learning Prompters tailored for this group. It gave students potential questions to ask to their mentors, ideas about how to build on the meeting and establish a consistency for the inteventors

Feature 2: Feedback Visualing

We created a specific feedback proceess for both mentors and mentees so that each party would reflect  meaningfully on the meeting, gave them a clear output focused target to reach at each interaction and give the programme director and co-ordinator the birds eye view of their progress right.
